Project Description: This Complete Street project will focus on designing improvements to enhance safety and operational efficiency for all modes of transportation along Columbia Avenue, from Hoagland Boulevard to Central Avenue, spanning approximately 2.3 miles. The planned improvements include milling and resurfacing, roadway reconstruction, and reconfiguring Columbia Avenue to incorporate new bike lanes. Additionally, wider sidewalks will be added, along with ADA upgrades and necessary drainage, signalization and utility enhancements.
