Airport Electrical Vault This project consists of the physical construction, management, and engineering of a new Airport Electrical Vault building and support infrastructure. The project has already been designed. The project includes primary and secondary power, water and sanitary service utilities, site access, parking, fencing, and grading per local and national building codes, rules, and regulations. Airport Tower This project consists of constructing a new air traffic control tower that addresses safety issues with the current facility and allows for increased capability for improving the safety and efficiency of the Kissimmee Gateway Airport for future expansion of airport operations. This project also includes the demolition of the current control tower.

Connect Kissimmee A complete street corridor study for W. Emmett Street, Broadway, and N. Main Street from John Young Parkway to Vine Street (HW 192). The goal is to improve mobility & accessibility Downtown by identifying enhancements. This includes generating alternative solutions for enhancing pedestrian travel and connectivity, and simplifying traffic circulation.
Intersection Improvements to John Young Pkwy & Oak Street A new traffic signal and intersection improvements will be added to the intersection of John Young Pkwy and W. Oak Street. This project will improve congestion and increase safety at the intersection.
Lancaster Ranch - Phase 1A Lancaster Rank Park is an innovative 150-acre park planned for the City of Kissimmee. This park will feature bike/pedestrian trails, kayak/boat access, green space, pavilions, a playground, a dog park, a field house, and other recreation amenities.
