Airport Tower

This project consists of constructing a new air traffic control tower that addresses safety issues with the current facility and allows for increased capability for improving the safety and efficiency of the Kissimmee Gateway Airport for future expansion of airport operations.

Berlinsky Community Center New Building

This Complete Street project will focus on designing improvements to enhance safety and operational efficiency for all modes of transportation along Columbia Avenue, from Hoagland Boulevard to Central Avenue, spanning approximately 2.3 miles. The planned improvements include milling and resurfacing, roadway reconstruction, and reconfiguring Columbia Avenue to incorporate new bike lanes.

Connect Kissimmee - Complete Streets Improvement Project

A complete street improvement project for W. Emmett Street, Broadway, and N. Main Street from John Young Parkway to Vine Street (HW 192). The goal is to improve mobility & accessibility Downtown by identifying enhancements. This includes generating alternative solutions for enhancing pedestrian travel and connectivity, and simplifying traffic circulation.

Downtown Kissimmee Hotel & Convention Center

The City of Kissimmee is moving forward with plans to redevelop the current Civic Center site into a new hotel and convention center destination in Downtown Kissimmee. The project, in partnership with Azure Hotel International, Inc., includes a 300-room luxury hotel, 45,000-square-foot convention center, dining and retail space, hospitality amenities, and a new public trail connection.

Fire Station 2 & Mill Run Park Renovations

The project involves the construction of a new three-bay fire station utilizing the City's prototype design.
