Affordable Housing Advisory Committee

recommends housing strategies to incentivize the production of affordable housing

holds the authority to grant variances from the regulations outlined in the Land Development Code

Civilian Police Oversight Board

advises KPD on Police Department Rules

Fire Pension Board

ensures that the decisions for the firefighters retirement plan are made in the best interest of the members and the retirement plan

General Pension Board
