Project Description: Lancaster Ranch Park 1a includes a partnership with Green Meadows Petting Farm to move its operations to the west portion of the park off Jack Calhoun Road.

Construction on Phase 1A of Lancaster Ranch Park is complete!

Funding Source:  3.2 million in FTC Grants, remaining from Parks & Recreation Impact Fees and Sales Tax

What is Lancaster Ranch Park: an innovative 150-acre park planned for the City of Kissimmee. This park will feature bike/pedestrian trails, kayak/canoe access to Shingle Creek, green space, pavilions, playgrounds, a dog park for small and large dogs, and other recreation amenities.
