The City of Kissimmee issues Right-of-Way Permits to ensure utility and telecommunications services are not interrupted, to maintain neighborhood appeal, and to protect all users of the right-of-way.

You will need to search for "Right of Way" and select the option for Public Works & Engineering - Right of Way Utilization. You will be redirected to a new web page where you will need to either create an account or log in to an existing account.

Our Engineering staff will review your plans. Once the permit is approved you will receive an email with the approval,
Make sure to schedule all inspections as instructed on your permit.
Please note that your start work notice inspection must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours before work begins and work may not begin until this is approved.
Once your start work inspection is approved, construction may begin.
Final inspection must be scheduled when the job is complete. Once this inspection is approved by city inspectors you will receive a completion on work certificate.
Depending on the type of work is described on your permit there may be some additional inspections manually added by City of Kissimmee to your permit at time of reviewal.
