Medical Arts District Incentives

Building Permit Fee Reimbursement
Receive a 10% reimbursement on City building permit fees paid during the planning review process.

Development Review Fee Deduction – Up to $25,000
Eligible companies receive a 25% reimbursement on permit fees paid during construction.

TV Commercial Production
Qualified businesses can have a 30–60 second commercial produced by Access Osceola TV. The commercial must air in the Central Florida market and include district branding.

Hire Local Grant – Up to $25,000
For-profit QTI companies may receive $5,000 per employee (up to five employees) hired from within the Medical Arts District or nearby areas. Employees must remain employed for at least one year.

Medical Equipment Grants – Up to $25,000
Eligible companies can be reimbursed up to 25% for medical or operational equipment costs.
