Ballot Referendums - Voters will decide on the following ballot measures:

1. TITLE: Extend term limits from two (2) consecutive four-year terms to three (3) consecutive four-year terms
   
   QUESTION: Shall the City Charter, Section 2, be amended to revise the term limits for the Mayor-Commissioner and City Commissioners from two (2) four-year terms to three (3) four-year terms?

2. TITLE: Amend candidate qualification to require a background check
   
   QUESTION: Shall the City Charter, Chapter 2, City Commission, Section 7, be amended to require all candidates for elected office to consent to a background check to verify eligibility for office?
