The City of Kissimmee is working on its Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for fiscal year ending September 30, 2025. The purpose of the CAPER is to provide information to both the general public and the federal government regarding activities undertaken with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funding received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The CAPER serves as a tool to evaluate progress addressing program objectives and priorities identified in 2020-2025 Five Year Consolidated Plan.
The City of Kissimmee encourages citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties to review the contents of its draft CAPER and to submit written comments. A draft of the document will be available at the City of Kissimmee Development Services Department office located at 101 Church Street, Kissimmee, FL 34741. Comments on the report will be accepted during a 15-day comment period from Friday, November 14th through Monday, December 1st, 2025. The Kissimmee City Commission will hold a Public Hearing in the City Commission Chambers located at City Hall, 101 Church Street, Kissimmee, FL 34741on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, to obtain input and comments.
