Learn more about the grants and incentive programs offered within the City of Kissimmee's two Community Redevelopment Agencies, the Vine Street CRA and the Downtown Kissimmee CRA.

Join the Economic Development CRA division for a free Lunch and Learn event covering key topics related to grants and incentive programs. This session will discuss the Commercial Property Improvement Program (CPIP), the Residential Property Improvement Program (RPIP), the Demolition Assistance Program, the Brownfields Program, and the Pioneer Project Incentive Program (PPIP). This session is ideal for current or prospective business owners, residents, developers, and real estate professionals operating within the City of Kissimmee.

The session will include an informational presentation followed by a live Q&A.
