March Topic: Before You Buy: Permits and Code Requirements for Store-Bought Backyard Structures

Join our Building Division for a free Lunch and Learn event covering key topics related to the Building Division. These Lunch and Learn events are held monthly and are a great opportunity for residents, contractors, and business owners to better understand the building process and get their questions answered by our knowledgeable staff.

Event Details

• Sessions begin promptly at 12:00 PM.
• Sessions are typically held on a Wednesday (English) & Thursday (Spanish)
• Please arrive on time, as entry after the start may disrupt the recording.
• A complimentary lunch will be provided.

Use the link below to register! When booking your session, you’ll be asked to provide your email, phone number, and any special requests. Please use the Special Requests section to indicate any dietary restrictions or ADA accessibility needs.

If no times are available, please email lunchandlearn@kissimmee.gov to be placed on a waiting list for the current month's event.

After booking, you will receive an automated confirmation email based on your selected session language (English or Spanish), followed by a reminder one day before the event and a follow-up email 30 minutes after the session ends.
