Although your address may say Kissimmee, you might be in unincorporated Osceola County, where broken sidewalks are handled by the Osceola County Public Works Department. Make sure you're in Kissimmee city limits before you continue.

1. Under request type, choose Sidewalk Maintenance
2. Enter your address
3. Under description, write what is wrong with the sidewalk and describe the area around it so it is easy to find. 
4. Add an image of the damage if possible
5. Enter your contact info
6. If you'd like to view the status of your request, you can sign up for an account

City staff will inspect the broken sidewalk and block it off as soon as possible, within 24 hours on a business day. We will then make the necessary repairs.
