2025-2029 Citizen Participation for Public Comment and Hearing

The City of Kissimmee has completed the development of its Five-Year (2025-2029) Citizen Participation Plan. The purpose of the Citizen Participation Plan is to encourage public participation in the planning process, as well as to meet the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

15 Day Comment Period -Substantial Amendment to HOME-ARP Allocation

As part of the Osceola County HOME Consortia, the City of Kissimmee was awarded HOME-ARP funding in the amount of $1,217,478.50. The City has an adopted HOME-ARP Allocation Plan that describes how it plans to spend those funds. However, changes in the allocation are necessary. The City of Kissimmee is seeking comments from the general public to amend the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan for the 2nd time
