Trash

Place these items in your brown trash container.

  • Household garbage
  • Food waste
  • Styrofoam
  • Plastic bags
  • Glass
  • Electronics
  • Hardback books
  • Light bulbs
  • Wrapping paper
  • Ceramics or Dishes
  • Motor Oil Containers 

Recycling

Place these items in your blue recycling container.

  • Aluminum, tin, & steel
  • Paper
  • Magazines
  • Junk mail
  • Plastic containers and bottles (remove lids) #1 - #7
  • Cardboard boxes and cartons (flatten all boxes)
     

 

 

Yard Waste

Place the following items in the green yard waste container:

  • Grass trimmings
  • Leaves
  • Weeds
  • Small tree branches
  • Not for painted wood or construction debris
